研究了超声铸造处理对7050铝合金在变形和热处理后的显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,与常规铸造相比,经相同轧制变形和热处理,超声铸造7050铝合金的显微组织更细小、均匀,析出相更细小、弥散;同时超声铸造7050铝合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度均比常规铸造合金高60 MPa。因此,超声铸造处理产生的优良组织可以遗传到随后的变形和热处理中。
The effects of ultrasonic casting on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7050 aluminum alloy after deformation and heat treatment were studied. The results show that compared with the conventional casting, the microstructure of the 7050 aluminum alloy by ultrasonic casting is more fine and uniform than the conventional casting, and the precipitated phase is finer and more dispersed. Meanwhile, the yield strength and tensile strength of 7050 aluminum alloy by ultrasonic casting Strength than the conventional cast alloy high 60 MPa. Therefore, good tissue produced by the ultrasonic casting process can be inherited to the subsequent deformation and heat treatment.
