随着时代的发展,我国特色社会主义道路建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,市场经济制度得到进一步的完善,各种所有制经济均能保持良好的发展势头,国民GDP呈现较好的趋势。而面对新的发展形势,国有企业如何协调好工会的工作,将会在很大程度上保障自身的健康发展,本文首先相关的理论进行简要概述,重点探讨国有企业当前面临的各项问题,并提出相应的建议。
With the development of the times, the road to building socialism with Chinese characteristics has achieved remarkable achievements and the market economy system has been further improved. All kinds of ownership economy have maintained a good momentum of development and the national GDP shows a good trend. In the face of the new development situation, how state-owned enterprises coordinate the work of trade unions will guarantee their healthy development to a large extent.
