分析了长江流域的气候特征和居住建筑节能的必要性,以及当前该地区实施的热环境和节能标准,提出具体的适宜长江流域居住建筑节能的基本技术路线;建议长江流域宜确定两个不同等级(舒适性和可居住性)的居住建筑热环境质量保障标准,提出满足该标准的调节阳光、改进通风、隔热防潮、户为单元、温湿分控等适宜长江流域居住建筑的节能技术措施。
The paper analyzes the climatic characteristics of the Yangtze River Basin and the necessity of energy saving in residential buildings, as well as the current thermal environment and energy conservation standards in the area, and puts forward specific technical routes for energy saving of residential buildings in the Yangtze River Basin. It is suggested that two different levels (Comfort and habitable) residential building thermal environment quality standards, proposed to meet the standards of the regulation of the sun, improve ventilation, heat and moisture, household units, temperature and humidity control and other suitable for residential construction in the Yangtze River energy-saving technical measures .
