近日,国家安全监管总局公布《食品生产企业安全生产监督管理暂行规定》《规定》的出台,填补了我国食品生产企业安全生产监督管理法规规章的空白。《规定》要求,从业人员超过300人的食品生产企业,应当设置安全生产管理机构,配备3名以上专职安全生产管理人员,并至少配备1名注册安全工程师。《规定》强调相关法律责任,食品生产企业违反相关条款规定,如建设项目投入生产和使用后未在5个工作
Recently, the State Administration of Work Safety promulgated the Provisions on Provisional Regulations on Safety Production Supervision in Food Production Enterprises, promulgating the blank of laws and regulations on the supervision and administration of work safety in food production enterprises in China. The “Provisions” requires that food producers with more than 300 employees should set up their work safety management institutions with more than three full-time work safety management personnel and at least one registered safety engineer. “Provisions” emphasize the relevant legal responsibilities, food production enterprises in violation of the relevant provisions of the provisions, such as construction projects into production and use after not in 5 jobs
