重视培养学生实际使用英语进行交际的能力,尤其是进行警务英语的交际能力是目前警察院校英语教师应当思考的主题。本文对一堂英语公开实践课四个板块(总结时间、阅读时间、虚拟表演时间、信息文化时间)的培养目标、设计思路和实践效果进行了认真总结和深度思考,认为英语教师应当采取丰富多彩,融知识性和趣味性为一体的教学形式来提高学生的参与度。授课教师应当成为各项语言训练活动的策划者、指导者和评价者。在今后英语教学实践中要不断加大对预备警官的警务英语训练力度,使警务英语训练成为大学英语课堂的常态,成为其语言训练课中不可或缺的一部分。
Attention should be paid to cultivating students’ abilities of actually using English to communicate, especially for the communicative competence of policing English, which is the theme that should be considered by English teachers in police academies. This article conscientiously summed up and thought deeply about the training objectives, design ideas and practical effects of four sections of an English public practice class (summarizing time, reading time, virtual performance time, and information culture time), believing that English teachers should adopt a colorful, Financial knowledge and interest as one of the teaching forms to improve student participation. The instructor should become the planner, mentor and assessor of various language training activities. In the future practice of English teaching, the training of police officers in English for police officers should be constantly stepped up. Police English training should become the normal part of college English classes and become an indispensable part of their language training courses.
