为了解国有企业资产的实际状况,防范和化解金融风险,为国有企业和金融体制改革提供科学、可靠的决策依据,中国人民银行上海分行对上海市130家国有企业进行了一次资产真实状况的问卷凋查,并对保全国有企业资产,减少银行信贷风险提供政策性建议。
In order to understand the actual state of SOE assets, prevent and resolve financial risks, and provide a scientific and reliable basis for SOE and financial reform, the PBOC Shanghai Branch conducted a questionnaire on the real state of assets of 130 state-owned enterprises in Shanghai Investigation, and to preserve the assets of state-owned enterprises, reduce bank credit risk policy advice.
