目的保障在园儿童的健康成长,制定幼儿园儿童保健工作规范提供依据。方法对2010年4～5月本辖区内12所幼儿园1334例儿童的体检资料进行分析。结果龋齿患病率为23.2%,贫血患病率为9.4%,肥胖儿童检出率为3.3%,低体重检出率为6.1%。结论医院、幼儿园与家长要相互沟通,医家园配合,加强本辖区在园儿童的贫血、低体重等疾病的干预与矫治。 Objectives To ensure the healthy growth of children in the park and to provide the basis for formulating the norms of child health care in kindergartens. Methods The physical examination data of 1334 children from 12 kindergartens in this area from April to May in 2010 were analyzed. Results The prevalence of dental caries was 23.2%, the prevalence of anemia was 9.4%, the detection rate of obese children was 3.3% and the detection rate of low weight was 6.1%. Conclusion Hospitals, kindergartens and parents should communicate with each other and cooperate with medical homes to strengthen the intervention and correction of anemia and low birth weight among children in the park.
