介绍了一种磨料刷去毛刺设备的PLC控制系统,给出了电控系统主电路及控制电路.选用SYSMAC CPM1AH-30CDR-A继电器输出型PLC,可实现此设备的控制要求,并根据需要设计了自动和手动2种控制方式.通过某型零件的加工,证明了用本设备进行去毛刺加工具有较高的生产效率和加工质量.
