通过模试装置研究了自制的钛氧杂环限定几何构型茂金属催化乙烯丙烯共聚合的试验条件。初步探讨了聚合温度、压力、铝比对聚合活性的影响,并对三异丁基铝的使用进行了有益的尝试。实验结果表明,聚合活性随着温度、压力、铝比及三异丁基铝加入量的升高而增加;自制茂金属催化乙烯丙烯共聚合活性高达3.79 t胶/(mol钛.h)。
The experimental conditions of self-made metallocene-catalyzed copolymerization of ethylene propylene with titanyl heterocycle-constrained geometry were studied by means of a die-set apparatus. The effects of polymerization temperature, pressure and aluminum ratio on the polymerization activity were discussed preliminarily. Some useful attempts were made to use triisobutylaluminum. The experimental results showed that the polymerization activity increased with the increase of temperature, pressure, aluminum ratio and the amount of triisobutylaluminum. The activity of self-made metallocene catalyst for copolymerization of ethylene and propylene was as high as 3.79 t / mol titanium.
