基于Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman(GTN)细观损伤模型,借助ABAQUS软件,以方盒件拉深成形为例,应用正交试验设计方法分析了GTN模型各损伤参数的变化波动对AA5052-O铝合金板拉深成形后板厚减薄率和损伤程度的影响。结果表明:各损伤参数的波动变化对板厚减薄率的影响不大;而对最大孔洞体积分数的影响不可忽略,其中孔洞形核时的平均等效塑性应变εN对结果的影响最为显著;因孔洞体积分数与材料变形历史相关,可将其作为判断板料破裂的依据,尤其适用于断裂前缩颈现象不明显的材料。
Based on the Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman (GTN) meso-damage model and the ABAQUS software, taking square box deep drawing as an example, the variation of various damage parameters of GTN model was analyzed by orthogonal experimental design method. The influence of plate thickness reduction and damage degree after plate deep drawing. The results show that the variation of the damage parameters has little effect on the thickness reduction rate, while the influence on the maximum void volume fraction can not be neglected. The average equivalent plastic strain εN of the hole nucleation has the most significant effect on the result. Due to the correlation between the volume fraction of holes and the deformation history of the material, it can be used as the basis for the judgment of sheet metal rupture, especially for materials with conspicuous necking before rupture.
