以 [4x(亚洲棉×异常棉 ) ]×陆地棉的杂交后代培育的 5个种质系和 3个亲本为材料 ,用 2 2个随机引物进行了 RAPD分析。结果表明 :3个棉种具有明显的多态性差异。5个种质系均检测到来自不同棉种的 DNA特异片断 ;3个棉种间的遗传相似系数在 50 %以下。陆地棉亲本与种质系间和种质系与种质系间的相似系数在 0 .71 0~ 0 .933之间 ,平均为 0 .80 8。这些差异与回交亲本、单株选择的定向培育有关。研究结果对棉属远缘杂交育种具有一定的参考价值。
Five germplasm lines and three parents were cultivated in [4x (Asiatic × Abnormal) × Upland cotton cultivars and RAPD analysis was performed with 2 2 random primers. The results showed that: 3 cotton varieties have significant differences in polymorphisms. All 5 germplasm lines detected DNA-specific fragments from different cotton varieties. The genetic similarity coefficients of 3 cotton species were below 50%. The similarity coefficient between G. napus parents and germplasm lines and between germplasm lines and germplasm ranged from 0.71 0 to 0.933 with an average of 0.808. These differences are related to the backcrossing parents and the selective cultivation of individual plants. The results of this study have some reference value for distant hybridization breeding in cotton.
