In the long history of social development, the language of women, once neglected, is considered less important than the male language. In the United States in the late 1960s and early 1970s, with the awakening of women’s self-consciousness and the rise of feminism, women started to pay attention to their own language and demanded that they be languageically equal to men. There is no difference between the use of language by women and men, except that the style of language is different. They are all an essential part of social development and are the objects of linguists’ research.
