电网由自动化走向智能化,技术进步起主导作用的同时,发电、用电价值的变化是根本。作为智能化电网起源的重要组成部分,文中引出价值调度的思想。该思想的特点在于赋予自然资源与社会发展水平相适应的价值尺度,达到资源价值最大化实现的目的,具有协调发电、用电、资源与环境间关系的功效,体现智能化电网的根本。在此基础上,就价值调度的概念、价值调度与智能电网建设的关系,以及价值调度研究的现状及目前需要解决的问题展开深入思考。
Grid from automation to intelligent, technological progress plays a leading role at the same time, power generation, electricity value changes are fundamental. As an important part of the origin of intelligent power grid, this paper leads to the idea of value scheduling. The idea is characterized by the value of natural resources and social development to adapt to the level of resources to achieve the maximum value to achieve the purpose of coordinating power generation, electricity, resources and the relationship between the effectiveness of the environment, reflecting the fundamental smart grid. On this basis, the author discusses the concept of value dispatching, the relationship between value dispatching and the construction of smart grid, and the current situation of value dispatching research and the problems to be solved at present.
