目的:研讨应用雌激素替代疗法改善围绝经期妇女临床症状的意义。方法:我院针对2008年10月—2010年10月的49例围绝经期妇女应用雌激素替代疗法,服用雌激素结合片剂,比较妇女治疗前后的临床症状和体内雌二醇含量,对子宫内膜进行超声检测,并进行全面的妇科检查,分析症状改变。结果:妇女服用雌激素结合片剂后的临床症状得到改善,血清中雌二醇的含量上升,LH、TG和FSH的含量下降,阴道弹性增强,湿润。结论:围绝经期妇女应用雌激素替代疗法可明显改善症状,增加妇女的生活质量,有利于健康。
Objective: To investigate the significance of using estrogen replacement therapy to improve the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal women. Methods: In our hospital from October 2008 to October 2010, 49 cases of perimenopausal women with estrogen replacement therapy, taking estrogen-conjugated tablets, compared with women before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and body estradiol levels, the uterus Endometrial ultrasound testing, and a comprehensive gynecological examination, analysis of symptoms. Results: The clinical symptoms of women taking estrogen-conjugated tablets improved, the content of estradiol in serum increased, the content of LH, TG and FSH decreased, and the vaginal elasticity increased and moist. Conclusion: Perimenopausal women using estrogen replacement therapy can significantly improve the symptoms, improve women’s quality of life, is conducive to health.
