目的应用高频超声动态观察不同生理时期腋下副乳腺的声像图变化.方法对临床疑为腋下副乳腺的24名患者,按不同生理时期分为 A 组(月经期组)、B 组(妊娠期组)、C 组(哺乳期组),平常受检期组检查结果作为对照组,进行四次超声检查,每次检查均重点测量二维超声图像上副乳腺腺体最大前后径及副乳腺质地.结果 A 组腺体厚度及腺体质地与对照组相比差别无统计学意义(p>0.05);B 组和 C 组腺体厚度及腺体质地大于对照组,差别有统计学意义(p<0.05);B 组腺体厚度小于 C 组腺体厚度,但差别无统计学意义;B 组腺体质地小于 C 组腺体质地,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论腋下副乳腺在不同生理时期声像图有差异.应用高频超声动态检查腋下副乳腺,可以提高腋下副乳腺的超声检出率,具有重要临床价值.“,”[ Objective To observe the change of armpit accessory breasts sonogram with high-frequency uhrasonography in different physiological periods. Methods 24 patients of armpit accessory breasts were divided into A guoup(menstrual period), B group (gestational period), C group (lactational period). The repose period was control group. Al patients were carryied out four times ultrasonic inspection to measure largest anteroposterior diameter and texture in different physiological periods. Results Compared with control group, the glandular organ thickness and texture hard no significant changes in A group,but significant bigger in B,C groups(p<0.05).The glandular organ texture of B group were significant smaler than C group(p<0.05). Conclusion the ultrasound images of armpit accessory breasts are discrepancy in different physiological periods. Inspecting armpit accessory breasts with high-frequency uhrasonography can elevate detection rate ,and has the important clinical significance.
