本文叙述了生甲苯溶液中研究小β-二酮合镍/有机铝化合物均相催化丙烯齐聚反应。 以(CF3COCHCOCF3)2 Ni为催化荆,助催化剂分别为氯化乙基铝、三乙基铝、乙 氧基乙基铝时,随着铝化物的Lewis酸性增加,催化剂的活性增加;以氯化乙基铝为助 催化剂,二聚物的线性率都低(22-32%):而其余的体系中,二聚物的线性率高(75- 77%).以Et2AlOEt为助催化剂,镍络合物为(CH3COCHCOCH3)2Ni、 (CF3COCHCOCH3)2Ni和(CF3COCHCOCF3)2Ni时,随着配位体中CF3基团 的增多,催化剂活性明显增加,二聚物的线性率也略有增加:Al/Ni对各体系的催化性 能有影响;温度对催化剂活性有影响,但对二聚物线性率没有影响。最后,对反应机理进 行了初步探讨。发现和鉴定了反应产物中有戊烯。这为支持镍氢络合物作为活性物种的 烯烃齐聚反应机理提供了证据。
This paper describes the homogenous catalytic oligomerization of small β-diketonated nickel / organoaluminum compounds in toluene solution in toluene. When (CF3COCHCOCF3) 2 Ni was used as the catalyst and cocatalysts were ethyl aluminum chloride, triethyl aluminum and ethoxy ethyl aluminum respectively, the activity of the catalyst increased with the increase of the Lewis acidity of the aluminides.
