目的观察宫颈环形电切除术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)术前用臭氧治疗、术后联合唯阴康局部改善阴道环境以及对创面止血和修复的疗效。方法采用LEEP术治疗160例慢性宫颈炎,其中观察组78例,手术前3天每天臭氧消毒阴道1次,术后唯阴康每晚放1枚共8d;对照组82例,手术前后未用任何治疗。分别记录阴道排液、伤口出血时间和愈合时间。结果观察组的阴道排液时间为(9.28±1.52)d,对照组为(13.32±2.60)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血天数为(10.12±1.33)d,对照组为(l3.72±2.61)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的伤口愈合时间为(22.53±2.95)d,对照组为(34.10±2.73)d,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LEEP术前用臭氧治疗、术后联合用唯阴康能有效改善术后阴道排液、创面出血等并发症,加快创面修复愈合,值得临床推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of ozone in the treatment of loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) before surgery, and to improve the vaginal environment and the hemostasis and repair of the wound after the operation. Methods 160 cases of chronic cervicitis were treated by LEEP, including 78 cases in the observation group. The patients were treated with ozone disinfection once a day for three days before operation and only one night after operation for one week for 8 days. In the control group, 82 cases were used before and after operation Any treatment. Record vaginal discharge, wound bleeding time and healing time. Results The duration of vaginal discharge in the observation group was (9.28 ± 1.52) days and in the control group was (13.32 ± 2.60) days, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) ) d, the control group was (l3.72 ± 2.61) d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the wound healing time was 22.53 ± 2.95 days in the observation group and 34.10 ± 2.73) d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion LEEP preoperative ozone treatment, postoperative combined with the yin yinkang can effectively improve postoperative vaginal discharge, wound bleeding and other complications, accelerate wound healing, deserved clinical promotion.
