以我国首个大型地下水封油库工程为背景,采用理论分析和数值模拟等方法评价了注取油循环荷载作用下该油库运营期的稳定性与水封性。针对岩石疲劳力学特性,在常规运动硬化疲劳力学模型基础上,提出可考虑平均主应力影响的岩石疲劳力学模型;编写用户子程序,将所提模型嵌入有限元分析软件,实现了循环荷载作用下地下水封油库运营性能评价。评价过程中选取了同步注取和异步注取两种工况,从围岩稳定性和水封性两方面对洞库运营性能进行了分析评价。分析结果显示:同步注取石油对库区围岩拱顶沉降影响较大,异步注取石油对库区围岩水平收敛影响较大;异步注取条件下水位下降和涌水量均比同步注取条件大,但差异不大。两种工况下洞库运营期间总体稳定性和水封性均能保持良好。
Taking the first large-scale groundwater seal oil storage project in China as the background, the stability and water seal of the oil storage reservoir during the operation period under the cyclic loading of oil were evaluated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Aiming at the fatigue mechanics characteristics of rock, a rock fatigue mechanics model considering the influence of average principal stress is proposed based on the conventional mechanics-hardening fatigue mechanics model. The user subroutine is programmed, and the proposed model is embedded into the finite element analysis software to realize cyclic loading Performance evaluation of groundwater seal oil storage. In the process of evaluation, two working conditions of synchronous injection and asynchronous injection were selected, and the operation performance of the cavern was analyzed and evaluated from the stability of surrounding rock and water seal. The analysis results show that the synchronous injection of petroleum has a great influence on the settlement of the surrounding rock vault in the reservoir area, and the asynchronous injection of petroleum has a great influence on the horizontal convergence of the surrounding rock in the reservoir area. Big conditions, but little difference. Under both operating conditions, the overall stability and water-tightness of the cavern can be maintained well.
