沈荣骏,男,1936年11月14日出生于安徽省合肥市,中国工程院院士,航天工程管理与测控技术专家。1958年毕业于军委测绘学院。曾任原国防科工委副主任,现任中国载人航天工程、探月工程高级顾问,国防科技大学和解放军装备学院博士生导师,浙江大学航空航天学院院长。1988年被授予少将军衔,1990年晋升为中将。沈荣骏长期从事于航天工程管理与航天测控工作,是我国航天测控网和某试验场建设的主要奠基人之一。他与国内专家一道创建了我国大型地面测控系统、远洋综合测量船和测量飞机的研 Shen Rongjun, male, born on November 14, 1936 in Hefei, Anhui Province, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and an expert in aerospace engineering management and measurement and control. In 1958 graduated from the CMC Surveying and Mapping Institute. He used to be the former deputy director of the State Commission of Science and Technology for National Defense. He is currently a senior adviser to China’s manned space project and lunar exploration project, a doctoral tutor at the National Defense University of Science and Technology and PLA equipment institute and the dean of the Aerospace College of Zhejiang University. In 1988 was awarded the rank of major general, promoted to lieutenant general in 1990. Shen Rongjun has long been engaged in space project management and aerospace monitoring and control work and is one of the major founders of China’s space network and a test ground construction.
