RNA干扰技术是本世纪肿瘤治疗中的研究焦点之一。肿瘤发病机制复杂,涉及多个异常表达的基因,这些异常基因在肿瘤发生、发展过程中互相影响,但其因果关系目前尚不清楚,因此在肿瘤的RNA干扰治疗中,学者针对不同的靶基因进行了研究,并得到不同的结果。本文就目前用于肿瘤RNA干扰靶基因的体内研究现状和进展进行综述。
RNA interference technology is one of the focuses of cancer research in this century. The pathogenesis of tumors is complex and involves multiple abnormally expressed genes. These abnormal genes affect each other in the process of tumorigenesis and progression. However, the causal relationship between them is not clear at present. Therefore, in RNA interference therapy of tumors, Conducted a study and got different results. This review summarizes the current status and progress of in vivo studies on target genes for tumor RNA interference.
