2006年以来,发展专业社会工作成为构建中国和谐社会的一项重要制度安排。此后,北京、上海、深圳、广州等地积极开展社会工作实践,为中国本土社会工作的发展积累了经验。从2007年年底至今,深圳的社会工作事业已经过近8年的探索,初步形成了具有中国特色、深圳特点的现代社会工作制度。本文尝试探讨“深圳模式”下本土督导的产生、培养过程,并尝试提出进一步发展的建议,如输出督导等。 Since 2006, developing specialized social work has become an important institutional arrangement for building a harmonious society in China. Since then, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other places have actively carried out social work practices and accumulated experience in the development of local social work in China. From the end of 2007 to the present, the social work in Shenzhen has been going through nearly eight years of exploration, initially forming a modern social work system with Chinese characteristics and Shenzhen characteristics. This article attempts to explore the “Shenzhen model” under the guidance of the local generation and training process, and try to put forward further proposals for development, such as output supervision.
