Here we report that at least two Insulin mediators (Insulin mediators or Insulin chemical mediators) are released from the membrane after incubation of the plasma membranes of porcine, mouse and rat hepatocytes with insulin (100-150 uU / ml), ie component 1 and component 3. They inhibit the cAMP formation in adipocytes stimulated by lipolins and Forskolin and promote the adipogenesis of cells. Component 1 has a molecular weight of about 3700-4000 and component 3 is about 1000-1500 dalton. Component 1 Insulin Mediators are the newly discovered compounds reported for the first time. Diabetic mice or rat liver membrane produce such mediators decreased significantly compared with normal animals, but after in vivo insulin treatment, then the release of mediators can return to normal.
