研究将正交试验应用于安络小皮伞菌丝体多糖水浸提工艺的探索,求得最佳水浸提工艺条件为料水比1∶15、提取温度70℃、提取时间2h、提取次数2次。提取的粗多糖用乙醇对其进行分级沉淀,以各级乙醇沉淀所得多糖和为100%计,当乙醇的体积为提取液体积的4倍时,多糖沉淀量最大为39.61%。对·OH和·O-2的清除作用试验表明,安络小皮伞多糖对·OH、·O-2均有较好的清除作用。4倍醇沉多糖对·OH的清除率可达49.72%。1倍醇沉多糖对·O-2的清除率可达42.22%。
The orthogonal experiment was applied to the research on the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Mycelia cortex.At the optimum conditions of water extraction, the optimum extraction conditions were: the ratio of material to water 1:15, extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 2h, extraction 2 times. The crude polysaccharides were fractionated and precipitated with ethanol. The polysaccharides precipitated by ethanol at all levels were 100%. When the volume of ethanol was 4 times the volume of the extract, the maximum amount of polysaccharides precipitated was 39.61%. The scavenging effect on · OH and · O-2 showed that the polysaccharide of Anluo Xiaoleyi had good scavenging effects on · OH and · O-2. 4 times the alcohol Shen polysaccharide · · OH clearance rate up to 49.72%. 1 times the amount of polysaccharides polysaccharide O-2 clearance of up to 42.22%.
