教师的专业成长、教师的情绪心态、教师的工作积极性、教师队伍的稳定性都直接关系到幼儿园教育质量的提高与自身的可持续发展。而教师成长中的关键因素是教师的自我反思能力,结合我园的县级课题,通过分析反思现状、设计引领策略,深化“规则”意识、提升反思实效,落实批阅制度、优化反思质量,共享实践经验、引领专业成长,专注“领域研究”、实施“同课异构”等五大举措提升教师反思能力,促进其专业成长。
