研究目的:分析非农就业对农户施用有机肥的影响。研究方法:通过农户问卷调查手段获得356份农户问卷,以农户问卷调查数据为基础,综合农户和负责农业生产家庭成员的信息,采用Logit模型,估计了农户施用有机肥决策模型。研究结果:有机肥可得性、区域差异、区位条件和农户参与非农活动均会对农户的施用有机肥的行为产生显著影响;饲养牲畜的农户施用有机肥的发生比约为不养殖牲畜农户的4.1倍;距离县城距离增加1km,施用有机肥的发生比提高6.7%;与泰兴的农户相比较,宿迁的农户施用有机肥的发生比约降低82.76%;就非农就业而言,负责农业生产家庭成员参与非农活动会降低农户施用有机肥的可能性,与负责农业生产家庭成员不参与非农活动的农户相比较,负责农业生产家庭成员参与非农活动的农户施用有机肥的发生比约降低67.6%,其非农活动增加1个月,农户施用有机肥的发生比降低11.8%。研究结论:负责农业业生产家庭成员参与非农就业会显著降低农户施用有机肥的可能性。
Research purposes: To analyze the impact of non-farm employment on farmer’s application of organic manure. Methods: 356 questionnaires were collected by farmers, based on questionnaire data of farmers, the information of farmers and family members responsible for agricultural production were combined, and the Logit model was used to estimate the model of organic fertilizer application. The results showed that the availability of organic manure, regional differences, location conditions and participation of non-farm households in non-farm activities all had a significant impact on the behavior of farmer households in the application of organic manures; 4.1 times than that of the county seat; the distance from the county seat increased by 1km and the incidence of organic manure application increased by 6.7%; compared with Taixing farmers, the organic fertilizer application rate in Suqian County was reduced by about 82.76% compared with the previous year; for non-agricultural employment, Producing family members to participate in non-agricultural activities will reduce the possibility of farmers using organic manures. Compared with the farmers who are not involved in non-agricultural activities, those who are responsible for agricultural production are also responsible for the occurrence of organic manures About 67.6% reduction, increase of one month for non-agricultural activities and 11.8% reduction of the use of organic fertilizer by farmers. Research Conclusions: Participation of non-agricultural employment by family members responsible for agricultural production will significantly reduce the possibility of farmers applying organic fertilizers.
