本文以内蒙古工业大学图书馆为例,提出办公自动化的概念和实现办公自动化的优点,阐述了内蒙古自治区高校图书馆办公自动化的应用现状、存在的缺点,提出图书馆实现办公自动化的必要性,结合实际情况,阐述了图书馆办公自动化系统的设计思想与方案。最后提出图书馆实现办公自动化势在必行,是建设数字化图书馆的必经之路。 Taking the library of Inner Mongolia Polytechnic University as an example, this paper puts forward the concept of office automation and the advantages of office automation. It expounds the application status and shortcomings of office automation in university libraries of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and puts forward the necessity of library automation in office automation. The actual situation, elaborated the library office automation system design ideas and programs. At last, it is imperative to realize the automation of the library in the library, which is the only way to build the digital library.
