目的:探讨婚前医学检查(婚检)的重要性和必要性,呼吁婚龄青年男女主动接受婚检,保障生殖健康,提高人口质量。方法:对2005~2008年间进行婚检的青年男女共6 588例的体检资料予以回顾性分析。结果:①6 588例婚检者中,检出疾病1 732例,疾病检出率为26.29%,其中生殖系统疾病占各类疾病的86.95%,内科疾病占9.93%,指定传染病占0.69%,生殖系统疾病所占比例最高。②在检出异常情况中,以HBsAg阳性乙肝病毒携带者最为常见,共检出375例,检出率为5.69%,其中男性占56.53%,女性占43.47%。③对患有影响婚育的疾病均给予了相应的医学处理意见。结论:婚检是一项非常重要与必要的工作,是保障家庭幸福、提高出生人口素质和生殖健康的重要措施。
Objective: To explore the importance and necessity of premarital medical examination (premarital examination), and to urge young men and women of marriage age to take the initiative to undergo premarital examination to ensure reproductive health and improve the quality of population.
