青年旅舍作为一种从国外引入的住宿形式,其在国内发展所遇到的问题和相关的对策一直是业界、学界关注和讨论的焦点。通过对青年旅舍的实地考察及对青年旅舍相关人员及组织的采访调查,文章总结出中国青年旅舍存在理念、组织、管理三大问题,提出重新定位,分离经营和公益活动的对策,以解决青年旅舍坚持公益理念和求得市场生存这一内在矛盾。 As a form of accommodation introduced from abroad, Youth Hostel has always been the focus of attention and discussion in the industry and academia for its problems in domestic development and related countermeasures.
