为解决天津市枯水季节的饮用水问題,我们研制成一台日产4吨的电渗析苦咸水淡化器。该电渗析器采用聚乙烯异相膜,一组三级九段组装,每段17对膜;双层编织网聚乙烯无回路隔板200×400毫米,厚0.8毫米;一次性连续式脱盐。可将苦咸水的含盐量由4000毫克/升降至500毫克/升,产水量200—250升/小时,脱盐率85—90%,水回收率45—50%。同时可将氟的含量由6毫克/升降至1毫克/升以下,除氟率达80—85%。在整个工艺系统中,我们成功地应用了预软化、浓水再生和电渗析频繁倒极技术。
In order to solve the problem of drinking water during the dry season in Tianjin, we developed an electrodialysis brackish water desalinizer with a daily output of 4 tons. The electrodialyzer uses a polyethylene heterophasic membrane, a group of three nine-stage assembly, each with 17 pairs of membranes; a double-woven mesh polyethylene loopless separator 200 x 400 mm, with a thickness of 0.8 mm; a one-time continuous desalination. The salt content of brackish water can be increased from 4000 mg/liter to 500 mg/liter, the water production capacity can be 200-250 liters/hour, the desalination rate can be 85-90%, and the water recovery rate can be 45-50%. At the same time, the content of fluorine can be increased from 6 mg/L to 1 mg/L and the fluorine removal rate can reach 80-85%. In the entire process system, we successfully applied pre-softening, concentrated water regeneration and electrodialysis with frequent reversal techniques.
