如今,全国各地的幼儿园数量都在快速增加,幼儿园的大量增加便会需要大量的幼儿老师。然而,我国目前并没有足够的师资分配给幼儿园。随着社会的发展,家长们越来越看重孩子的学前教育。有的家长甚至不惜花重金为孩子找一个好的幼儿园,幼儿园的地位甚至有胜过小学的势头。但是有些教师进入学前教育工作时,会因为缺乏学前教育经验而出现教学活动无法展开的情况。对于刚刚转岗的老师应该尽快熟悉学前教育的流程及方式、方法,让刚转岗的老师快速适应学前教育工作。
