利用杂多酸H3PW12O40.6H2O为催化剂,对以甲酸和异戊醇为原料合成甲酸异戊酯的反应条件进行了研究。讨论了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明:此催化剂不仅能减少对生产设备的腐蚀,而且具有很好的催化活性。合成反应的最优化条件为:醇酸摩尔比为2.0∶1,催化剂用量为2.5 g,反应时间2.5 h,酯收率可达87.9%。
The reaction conditions for the synthesis of isoamyl formate from formic acid and isoamyl alcohol were studied by using heteropoly acid H3PW12O40.6H2O as catalyst. The effects of various factors on yield are discussed. Experiments show that: This catalyst can not only reduce the corrosion of production equipment, but also has good catalytic activity. The optimum conditions for the synthesis were as follows: the molar ratio of alkyd to acid was 2.0:1, the amount of catalyst was 2.5 g, the reaction time was 2.5 h and the yield of ester was up to 87.9%.
