我国家电业从20世纪80年代初诞生,经过20多年的发展,形成了强大的制造能力,在激烈的市场竞争中造就了以海尔为代表的一批优势企业,有的到海外办厂,家电产品主导国内市场并远销海外。可以说,我国家电业是国人引以为豪的一个重要产业,也正因如此,人们对我国家电业寄予厚望。但伴随着中国入世,面对全面竞争时代的到来,人们惊异地发现,我国家电业远非表面上那么强大。一个明显的标志是,我国家电业盈利水平下滑严重。以彩电业为例,2001年索尼彩电仅销售100万台,就实现利润10亿元,而拥有3000多万台产能的我国彩电业总体利润才5.4亿元。另一个典型的例子是,我国家电业领跑者海尔2000年全球营业额达600亿元,但距世界500强最后一名还差200多亿。另外,无休止的价格大战,已使整个家电业一片狼籍,企
