用日本血吸虫(中国大陆株)22.6kDa重组抗原(rSj22.6)免疫一批昆明小鼠,获得特异性免疫血清,其与22.6kDa重组抗原和日本血吸虫成虫抗原作免疫印迹试验(Westernblot),结果显示可特异地识别重组抗原和成虫抗原中22.6kDa分子,而正常鼠血清则不能识别。实验中,血清经去除抗大肠杆菌抗体的处理后,其与大肠杆菌的非特异性反应条带被去除,特异性反应的条带则增强。
A batch of Kunming mice was immunized with the 22.6kDa recombinant antigen (rSj22.6) of Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese mainland strain) to obtain specific immune serum, which was immunoblotted with the antigens of 22.6kDa recombinant antigen and adult worms of Schistosoma japonicum (Westernblot) The results showed that the 22.6 kDa molecules in the recombinant antigens and adult antigens could be specifically recognized, while the normal mouse sera could not be identified. In the experiment, the serum was removed by anti-E. coli antibody treatment, its non-specific reaction with Escherichia coli was removed, the specific reaction of the enhanced bands.
