[目的 /意义]领军人才是智库的灵魂,加强领军人才的队伍建设对中国特色新型智库建设的意义重大。[方法 /过程]文章通过归纳、总结和分析新型智库建设中领军人才队伍建设中存在的问题,梳理新型智库领军人才队伍建设的经验,提出加强领军人才队伍建设的建议。[结果 /结论 ]文章认为,领军人才的队伍建设应从建立选拔和吸引领军人才的机制入手,加大有利于领军人才队伍建设的激励机制,内部治理,评价机制和投入机制的改革和创新。
[Purpose / Significance] The leader talent is the soul of a think tank. Strengthening the building of a contingent of leading talents is of great significance to the construction of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics. [Methods / Processes] This article summarizes and analyzes the problems in the construction of the leading talent team in the construction of new think tanks, combs the experience of the construction of the new think tank leading talent team, and puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of the leading talent team. [Results / Conclusion] The article argues that the construction of the leading talent team should start with the establishment of a mechanism for selecting and attracting leading talents, and increase the reform and innovation in the incentive mechanism, internal governance, evaluation mechanism and input mechanism that are conducive to the construction of a contingent of leading talents.
