目的利用分子生物学方法了解河北省侵袭性肺炎链球菌血清型的流行特征。方法收集河北省儿童医院的43株侵袭性肺炎链球菌,应用聚合酶链反应(Polymerase Chain Reaction,PCR)检测cps A基因确定种属,应用多重PCR检测血清型。结果在43株侵袭性肺炎链球菌中,19F型11株(25.58%),19A型7株(16.27%)、6A/6B型6株(13.95%)、14型5株(11.62%)、1型4株(9.30%),其余血清型数量较少。结论河北省侵袭性肺炎链球菌的血清型别呈现多样性特点,19F型和19A型为主要血清型别。建议结合优势血清型、针对不同人群特点合理应用肺炎链球菌疫苗,同时应关注肺炎链球菌血清型替换现象。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of serotypes of invasive Streptococcus pneumoniae in Hebei Province by using molecular biology methods. Methods 43 strains of invasive Streptococcus pneumoniae were collected from Children’s Hospital of Hebei Province. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was used to detect the cps A gene to determine the species. The serotypes were detected by multiplex PCR. Results Of the 43 strains of invasive pneumococci, 11 (19.5%) were type 19F, 7 (16.27%) were type 19A, 6 (13.95%) were type 6A / 6B and 5 (11.62% 4 strains (9.30%), the remaining number of serotypes less. Conclusion The serotypes of invasive Streptococcus pneumoniae showed a diversity in Hebei Province. Type 19F and 19A were the major serotypes. Proposed combination of dominant serotypes, according to the characteristics of different populations of rational use of Streptococcus pneumoniae vaccine should also be concerned about the pneumococcal serotype replacement.
