本文针对目前国内铸造厂对型砂性能检测和控制的现状,提出应用正交设计和回归试验的方法,来研究型砂在复用过程中性能变化的规律。我们通过大量试验,运用数理统计方法分析和建立了有关可变因素对型砂性能影响的回归方程,並通过电子计算机证明,完全可以达到所提出的要求。本试验方法的推广应用,将会对提高铸件质量和降低铸件成本,产生一定的经济效果。
In this paper, according to the current status of foundry sand testing and control in domestic foundries, a method of orthogonal design and regression test is proposed to study the behavior of sand in the reuse process. We through a large number of experiments, using mathematical statistics methods to analyze and establish a regression equation on the impact of variable factors on the performance of sand, and through computer proof that can fully meet the requirements. The popularization and application of this test method will increase the quality of castings and reduce the cost of castings, resulting in a certain economic effect.
