目的:为合理利用椭圆叶花锚提供一定依据,对椭圆叶花锚多糖进行提取分离纯化。方法:椭圆叶花锚经热水浸提,乙醇沉淀得粗多糖。粗多糖经Sevage法和酶法联合脱蛋白,酸性乙醇分级,得初步纯化的多糖HM1、HM2、HM3、HM4。结果:其中HM4经DEAE-Sephadex A-25分离纯化得纯化多糖HM41。HM41经检测为纯多糖。气相色谱分析表明椭圆叶花锚多糖HM1、HM2、HM3、HM4和HM41均为Rha、Ara、Xyl、Man、Gal、Glc六种单糖组成的杂多糖,但单糖的摩尔比不同。结论:多糖HM41为首次从椭圆叶花锚中分离得到的均一多糖。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a certain basis for rational utilization of Echinacea anchovy, the Eupatorium adenophorum polysaccharides were isolated and purified. Methods: The oval leaf anchor was hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation crude polysaccharides. Crude polysaccharides by Sevage method and enzymatic deproteinization, acidic ethanol grading, were purified polysaccharides HM1, HM2, HM3, HM4. Results: Among them, HM4 was purified by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 to purify polysaccharide HM41. HM41 was detected as pure polysaccharide. Gas chromatographic analysis showed that the polysaccharides were composed of six monosaccharides of Rha, Ara, Xyl, Man, Gal and Glc, but the molar ratio of monosaccharides was different from that of HM1, HM2, HM3, HM4 and HM41. Conclusion: Polysaccharide HM41 is the first homogeneous polysaccharide isolated from Elliphyllum angustifolia.
