2006年12月,大运河被列入国家文物局公布的《中国世界文化遗产预备名单》,大运河申报世界文化遗产工作正式启动。2014年6月,第38届世界遗产大会将通过投票表决。作为中国大运河河北段主要申遗点之一,位于大运河沧县捷地镇西南段的捷地分洪设施属明、清建筑,包括捷地减河、捷地分洪闸、德国造分洪启闭机设备。捷地分洪闸(图1)是南运河向捷地减河分洪的控制工程,它是古代劳动人民智慧的结晶。
In December 2006, the Grand Canal was included in the “List of Preparations for the World Cultural Heritage in China” promulgated by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. The grand opening of the World Cultural Heritage in the Grand Canal was officially launched. In June 2014, the 38th World Heritage Assembly will be voted on. As one of the main sites of application for the Hebei section of the Grand Canal in China, the facilities for the dilatancy and flood diversion located in the southwestern section of the Czech Republic town of Cangxian in the Grand Canal belong to the Ming and Qing dynasties, including the Dadi River, the Flood Discharge Gate, Machine equipment. The flood diversion sluice (Figure 1) is a project to divert floodwater from the South Canal to the Czech Republic. It is the crystallization of wisdom of the ancient working people.
