目的探讨硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效及护理意义。方法收集天津市胸科医院心内一科2014年1-12月收治的102例急性左心衰竭患者的临床资料,将其按治疗方式分为3组即:常规治疗组(A组)、硝普钠治疗组(B组)及硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗组(C组)并进行回顾性分析。结果 C组硝普钠与多巴胺联合用药后15~30min内,患者的心率、呼吸、血压、血氧饱和度及临床症状、体征可迅速得到缓解,较A、B组患者症状缓解迅速差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗期间加强护理对患者症状改善有着重要的作用。结论硝普钠与多巴胺联合用药可快速缓解急性左心衰竭的症状,加强护理有助于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing significance of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of acute left heart failure admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 in Department of Cardiology of Tianjin Chest Hospital were collected and divided into three groups according to the treatment methods, namely, the conventional treatment group (group A) Sodium group (group B) and sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine group (group C) were retrospectively analyzed. Results The heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, clinical signs and symptoms of patients in group C were relieved rapidly within 15-30 minutes after the combination of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine. Compared with those in groups A and B, there were statistically significant differences Significance (P <0.05). Intensive nursing during the course of treatment has an important effect on the improvement of symptoms in patients. Conclusions The combination of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine can quickly relieve the symptoms of acute left heart failure. Intensified nursing helps to improve the quality of life of patients.
