从2012年国家四部门颁布传统村落普查通知以来,全国层面的传统村落保护工作如火如荼地开展,但是在这个过程中我们积极工作的同时也出现了一些方法性的错误,导致传统村落资源由于我们工作不当的原因造成不必要的浪费。本文试图通过从历史文化遗产角度挖掘传统村落的本质含义,发现其自身特色,从而提出真正有针对性的工作方法。回顾总结我国历史文化遗产保护历程,发现传统村落是不同于物质文化遗产保护和非物质文化遗产保护的第三种历史文化遗产形式,从而认识到传统村落保护工作不能照搬前两者的保护方法。只有认识到传统村落的本质才能从根本上杜绝照搬前者保护工作方法造成的传统村落资源的破坏,进而寻找到真正适用于传统村落保护自身的方法。
Since the announcement of the traditional village census by the four national departments in 2012, traditional village protection work has been carried out in full swing at the national level. Reviewing the history of the protection of historical and cultural heritages in our country, we find that the traditional villages are different from the third historical and cultural heritage forms of the protection of material and cultural heritage and the protection of intangible cultural heritage, so that the protection of traditional villages can not be copied according to the protection methods of the former two. Only by recognizing the essence of the traditional villages can we fundamentally eliminate the destruction of the traditional village resources caused by the former protection of working methods and then find ways to protect them truly in the traditional villages.
