Since the 1980s, a large number of “grass and wood talents” have emerged from the countryside and opened the curtain of China’s rural reform. For more than a decade, they have created a new half of the Chinese economy, accumulating hundreds of billions of social wealth and transferring more than 100 million rural people. However, just as this group of rural talents has rapidly grown into a new generation of Chinese industrialists, a phenomenon is also increasingly attracting people’s attention. Many people in this group of rural talents tend to dominate only a few years, or If it is lost, or if it is lost halfway, there is a painful phenomenon of “capability”. The fact may be that it is persuasive in a direct comparison. While many able-bodied people died one after another, one person created an exception: He was active in the big stage of China’s rural reform.
