根据1983年10月在华沙举行的铁组科技合作例会议定书的决定,由铁道部车辆局、工业总局、铁科院等三个单位组成的“车辆检修与管理”考察团,于1984年9月到10月赴德意志民主共和国进行了考察。考察期间,我们参观了莱比锡、德累斯顿等地的一些车辆修理工厂和车辆段,和民主德国交通部车辆局、修理局、中央研究院铁路研究所的专家们举行了座谈,对民主德国车辆的修理、保养、管理方面的情况有了一些了解。本文拟就民主德国车辆检修制度作一介绍,
