本文选择53名0.5~3岁缺铁性贫血儿童,在补充铁强化食品前后进行3项免疫指标测定。另选择同年龄组正常儿童35人作为对照组。缺铁性贫血组儿童PHA皮肤反应明显低于对照组,补充铁强化食品3个月后,PHA皮肤反应恢复正常,血清IgG、IgA、IgM和C_3与对照组相比无明显变化。结果表明,缺铁性贫血儿童的免疫功能,主要是细胞免疫功能受到一定影响,补充铁强化食品3个月后,细胞免疫功能可以得到恢复。
In this paper, 53 children aged 0.5-3 years with iron deficiency anemia were selected, and three immune indexes were measured before and after supplementation with iron-fortified foods. Another 35 children in the same age group were selected as the control group. The skin reaction of PHA in children with iron deficiency anemia was significantly lower than that of the control group. After 3 months of iron fortification, the skin reaction of PHA returned to normal, and serum IgG, IgA, IgM and C_3 had no significant changes compared with the control group. The results showed that the immunological function of children with iron deficiency anemia was mainly affected by the cellular immune function. After 3 months of iron fortified food supplementation, cellular immune function could be recovered.
