抗稻瘟病基因在育种上的应用

稻瘟病是影响水稻生产最严重的病害之一,是由真菌病原物Magnaporthe oryzae引起的。控制稻瘟病最经济有效和环保的方法是利用水稻品种的抗性。目前,水稻(Oryza sativa)基因组测序已经完成,加速了稻瘟病抗性基因鉴定和克隆。基于此,利用DNA分子标记加速抗瘟水稻品种选育的进展,并对抗性基因在育种上面临的问题进行探讨。 Rice blast is one of the most serious diseases that affect rice production and is caused by the fungal pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae. The most cost-effective and environmentally friendly method of controlling rice blast is to utilize the resistance of rice varieties. At present, the sequencing of rice (Oryza sativa) genome has been completed, which accelerates the identification and cloning of rice blast resistance genes. Based on this, the use of DNA molecular markers to accelerate the development of blast-resistant rice varieties breeding, and resistance genes in the breeding of the problems facing to be explored.
