煤矿巷道开拓过程中,掘支矛盾导致掘进机开机率低,矿井成巷速度缓慢。提高支护机械化的有效途径目前普遍为掘进机机载式和锚杆钻车车载式,详细分析其中的优劣,指出开发专用锚杆钻车更易解决上述矛盾。同时也指出,专用锚杆钻车的研制不仅要在综掘配套设备上,还要在施工工艺上需更进一步的研究。
During the process of mine roadway development, the contradictions between digging and supporting led to the low startup rate of roadheader and the slow speed of mine into lane. At present, the effective way to improve the mechanization of support is generally car-mounted on-board boring machine and bolting machine, and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail. It is pointed out that it is easier to develop the special bolting machine to solve the above contradictions. At the same time, it is also pointed out that the development of the special bolting rig not only needs to be completed on the supporting equipment, but also needs further research on the construction technology.
