2003—2004年,应该是教育+地产最火爆的时期,肯定地说,这段时间里媒体与开发商的热情不分高下。但逢大会、小会,大专题、小选题,“教育牌”这个带着文化意义、实用主题和卖点的内容,总会被捧得上了天。北京这个城市,最主要的特点就是新、快。当教育牌被炒得无话可说的时候,这个“营销概念”或者是“专业术语”就开始变得平庸。今天,我们会以一种平和的心态公正地看待“教育+地产”中的起起落落!
