通过冷态模拟试验,对唐山钢铁集团有限责任公司第一钢轧厂150 t顶吹转炉的溅渣护炉工艺进行了研究,确定出了最佳操作工艺参数。结果表明,顶吹气体流量的提高有利于增加炉衬的溅渣密度;当气体流量为35000Nm3.h-1时,最佳枪位为2.4m;综合考虑炉衬和炉帽的溅渣量,最佳留渣量为10%;溅渣前将炉身倾斜一定角度有利于增加炉衬的溅渣密度,最佳倾斜角度为3°~4°。
Through the cold simulation test, the slag splashing protection technology of the 150 t top-blown converter in the first steel rolling mill of Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. was studied, and the best operating process parameters were determined. The results show that the increase of the flow rate of top blowing gas is helpful to increase the slag splashing density. When the gas flow rate is 35000Nm3.h-1, the optimum gun position is 2.4m. The amount of slag left is 10%; before the slag splashing, the furnace body is inclined by a certain angle to increase the slag splashing density of the lining, and the optimum inclination angle is 3 ° ~ 4 °.
