以喷射成型法及热压处理工艺制备了Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y铝硅合金,并进行了显微组织、密度、平均空隙面积的测试分析。结果表明:利用喷射成型法直接制备出的Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y铝硅合金晶粒较为细小,但在晶界处存在较多的空隙或孔洞;经过热压处理后的Al-13%Si-2Cu-0.5Y铝硅合金无明显的空隙或孔洞,合金更为致密均匀,密度增大3.11%、平均空隙面积减少38.92%。
Al-13% Si-2Cu-0.5Y Al-Si alloy was prepared by spray molding and hot pressing process, and the microstructure, density and average void area were tested. The results show that the grain size of Al-13% Si-2Cu-0.5Y Al-Si alloy prepared by spray molding is relatively small, but there are many voids or voids in the grain boundary. After hot pressing, 13% Si-2Cu-0.5Y Al-Si alloy without obvious voids or holes, the alloy is more dense and uniform, the density increased 3.11%, the average void area decreased 38.92%.
