我厂自1971年以来一直坚持实行设备定期检查制。检查组的成员大部份是经聘任的富有实践经验的老工人。近几年来,随着我厂全面质量管理的深入发展,厂机动部门借鉴质量管理的诊断技术,进一步延伸了设备运行质量以及设备管理保证体系的检查工作,加强检查阶段之后的评价与总结,将有效的整改措施纳入设备管理工作标准化之中,强化整改方案的制订及实施这两个阶段,从而,构成了我厂设备管理工作的“检查——处理——计划——实施”,即CAPD这样一种循环。实践证明,这种以诊断为转折点的CAPD循环,只要一环连一环,大环套小环,不停顿地运转,就能构成设备管理的螺旋式上升运动,实现设备管理升级
Our factory has been insisting on implementing a regular inspection system since 1971. Most of the members of the inspection team are employed experienced old workers. In recent years, with the in-depth development of our factory’s total quality management, the plant mobility department has used the diagnostic technology of quality management to further extend the inspection of equipment operation quality and equipment management assurance system, and strengthened the evaluation and summary after the inspection stage. Effective rectification measures have been incorporated into the standardization of equipment management work, strengthened the formulation and implementation of the rectification program, and thus constitute the “check-handle-plan-implement” of the equipment management work of our plant. A cycle. Practice has proved that this type of CAPD cycle with diagnosis as a turning point can be a spiraling ascending movement of equipment management as long as the loop is connected, the small loop is set to ring, and it runs without stopping.
