随着供给侧结构性改革的逐步推进,经济发展和环境保护的有机结合是亟须解决的问题。山东半岛蓝色经济区,是中国第一个以海洋经济为主题的战略发展区域,但海洋环境污染严重。文章通过对山东半岛蓝色经济区海洋环境污染的现状分析,剖析其成因及深层次原因。同时寻找基于供给侧结构性改革,政府、企业和居民对海洋环境污染治理的作用,并分别制定了相应对策。
With the gradual advancement of structural reform on the supply side, the organic combination of economic development and environmental protection is an issue that needs urgent solution. Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone is China’s first strategic development zone with the marine economy as the theme, but the marine environment is seriously polluted. This article analyzes the current situation of marine environmental pollution in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, and analyzes its causes and deep-seated reasons. At the same time, it also looks for the role of government, enterprises and residents in the governance of marine environment pollution based on the structural reform of the supply side and has formulated corresponding measures respectively.
